Teen Coaching

They battle with low self-esteem, anxiety, body image, academic pressure and more. They are scared that no one will relate to the, and often are uneasy over the challenges they are faced. We want to be here to help guide them through this time period.

It’s one of the most defining periods of their life.

The decisions they make in this time is so vital to their future, all the decisions they make in this time will impact their future. Often times, teenagers can make the wrong decisions that give them life long consequences. We want to either help them avoid that, or guide them out of it. Kids and teenagers need life coaches like Inspirer, to find someone safe and relatable, as well as someone who can give them strategies to get through these obstacles. Teen coaching is a profound experience that will impact their life.

Teens should never struggle alone, and unfortunately, it happens more than we like to think. Parents struggle communicating with their teenagers, because as a parent, we can’t relate to their current problems. We see our problems are more dominate than theirs, leaving their problems to feel invalid. It’s completely normal, and as many of you have heard the classic line, “it takes a village to raise a child”. Raising a child goes past their infant years, and until their adulthood. Everyone needs help in guidance, and understanding. Our job as a life coach isn’t to criticize parenting, however, it’s to help encourage positive behavior and decisions with your children and teens to enable you to feel security in the fact that they WILL be okay. We aren’t their counsellor or therapist, we aren’t analyzing them, we are helping them. We are there for them, and want to be their avenue to confide in the aspects of life that they need to communicate with someone about.
