Shannah Lauren is the Founder of Inspirer, as well as a Professionally Certified Life Coach, specializing in adolescents, teens, young adults and families. She has experience in trauma recovery, and empowerment too!

In her personal life, she has her Associates Degree and a mother of two boys. She understand the importance of being a parent, while also having gone through difficulty as a child herself. Although from the outside looking in, it would have appeared that she had an idealistic childhood, she had began dealing with trauma at a young age. One of which, was bullying.

Shannah had very difficult situations come into play, some of which began with online bullying when the internet was just becoming a thing! She dealt with horrific situations with young girls and boys, but she had to learn from a very young age on how to handle those things mentally. It eventually lead her to wanting to grow stronger from it, and to now where she wants to help others who have been or are in the situation she was. Being bullied didn’t influence her negatively, instead, Shannah transformed it into a strength to fight back harder for herself. Shannah started pushing more for her dreams, interning at magazines at 14 years old and then started a magazine at 17 years old, and began traveling the world then.

After having been put on medications at a young age too, she had learned a way to deal with my anxiety through non-medicated solutions. She didn’t want to resort to medications unless it was totally necessary, and then she learned the ways to maintain herself off of medications completely. This had taught her a lot on empowerment methods into dealing with life directly, rather than under an influence of any substance to alter.

She had been through abusive relationships, that had taught her a lot regarding how to leave and recover. It also taught her ways to build up from the beginning again. Many situations that she has endured, have made it a goal and mission of hers to find the reasoning and the solution to ensure that if she can help anyone, she can do so.
